Sparkle Facilitator Training

Facilitate their Shift

Sparkle University is for more advanced people who have graduated from the Sparkle Academy. Here we take the 6 Shift Stages from Manager to Master to the next level. You'll learn everything about the power of aligned leadership, so you can facilitate clients, friends, children, partners, co-workers, employees and even groups of people into a new level of consciousness and into the reality they wish to experience and manifest for themselves. You'll become not only a Master over yourself and your own life, but you'll learn to navigate the waters of beliefs, emotions, behaviours and defenses of others as well.

Training Sessions

Join live online training sessions with me. While facilitating live Sparkle Sessions with one of you, all members will be able to learn and be inspired by my own example. You can ask questions afterwards about everything.

Practice Sessions

Sign up for online practice sessions with fellow members. By facilitating each other, you’ll gain a lot of experience and confidence. While it also gives you the opportunity to discover where you get stuck or have questions.

Evaluation Sessions

During online evaluation sessions we discuss your own experiences with practice sessions. This can be based on a recording of a practice session or a live practice session happening between two members in the group.

Session Recordings

All training sessions are being recorded so you can get all the education you need whenever it suits your time schedule best. Practice sessions can also be recorded, archived and offered as valuable study material for others.

Peer Support

Stay online in touch with your peers, share your experiences and support each others as you become more and more stable in your own alignment and your ability to facilitate from a place of unconditional love and connection.

Academy Traineeship

When you are ready to practice for real, you can sign up for an Academy Internship, so you can start facilitating Academy Shift Meetings and Sparkle Sessions by yourself, or with the support of a more experienced facilitator.

Most frequent questions and answers

When can I get access to Sparkle University?

Experience has shown that Sparkle Facilitator Training works best when all participants are individually ready for this level of Alignment Mastery. When you have remembered what it is like to stay in alignment with yourself while being in contact with others, you will benefit the most and the fastest by what I’m offerering. That is why a personal invitation by me is required. Apply for our Sparkle Academy first or contact me for a Connection Call to see if you are a perfect fit.

What are sparkle facilitators?

Sparkle Facilitators are trained at our Sparkle University to become very consistent in their embodiment while working with clients and groups of people. They have learned to use their own alignment in a way that you’ll feel touched and uplifted just by being in their presence. Besides that, they also know how to help you get in alignment with the frequencies of the desires that you have. So they may manifest into your life with joy and ease. A side effect is that clients will automatically start to shift from a third to a fifth dimensional consciousness, because that is the basis they work from.

What languages do you speak inside Sparkle University?

Our Sparkle Facilitator Training is being offered in English and Dutch at the moment. As our facilitator network grows internationally, more languages may be added. In our vision we see Sparkle Facilitators spreading the Sparkle Vibe all over the world.
